  • Abstract
Supply chain attracts extensive attention in fierce market competition. We establish two-stage dynamic game model between manufacturer and retailer. In this model, manufacturer and retailer have four strategy profiles and we determine the equilibrium strategies of products quality and price. We analyze and compare the results of the four equilibrium strategies. We find that improve the quality of products and reduce the products fixed costs are important facts to promote the supply chain collaborate. Then we structure a trigger strategy by using repeated game theory and bring forward some constructive suggestions to promote long-term cooperation in supply chain.
