Abstract
Innovation is taken as developmental source by micro and small technology-based enterprises. Collaborative innovation is an important way for micro and small technology-based enterprises to improve technology innovative ability. On the basis of analyzing the collaborative innovation of micro and small technology-based enterprises under their cooperative willingness, evolutionary game theory is used to construct cooperative willingness dynamic evolutionary game model of collaborative innovation between micro and small technology-based enterprises, and the evolutionary process of collaborative innovation cooperative willingness for the micro and small technology-based enterprises is analyzed in the paper. Then the stability of collaborative innovation cooperative willingness for micro and small technology-based enterprises is analyzed, which have complementary relationship on innovative products. At last the paper proposes the corresponding strategies of cooperative willingness.
