Abstract
Coupled-resonant wireless power transfer (CR-WPT) technology is getting large interest for its capability of middle-range power transfer. However, for practical implementation, it is necessary to reduce near field leakage and far-field radiation. In this paper, EMC characteristics of CR-WPT antennas are investigated. As an antenna for CR-WPT, self-resonant antenna and capacitor-loaded inductor are used. At first, difference between these antennas are discussed by using coupling and resonance model. After that, near-field leakage is discussed. Finally, far-field radiation of fundamental and harmonics frequencies are demonstrated.
