Abstract
A measurement method is proposed for conducted disturbance voltage up to 1 GHz using a TEM cell. The proposed method is considered as an alternative measurement method for unsymmetrical voltage between one mains line and the ground using a V-type artificial mains network. The specifications of the measuring apparatus are estimated theoretically. Conducted disturbance voltages from commercially-available LED lamps are measured with a prototype of the measuring apparatus.
