  • Abstract
    The online estimation of the variable parameters of synchronous machines based on a novel adaptive algorithm is presented. The estimation process involves instantaneous parameter tracking and subsequent data processing. The variable parameters are ultimately expressed as nonlinear functions of operating conditions.
