Abstract
It aims at a smart temperature sensor with universality and unnecessary repetitive works. To accomplish the universality, a new circuit and a novel algorithm are proposed. At the same time, less components contributes to the low-cost, high accuracy and good stability. Furthermore, the calibration method is achieved through bus interface. Some hardware methods and software methods are adopted to improve capability of sigma-delta ADC (Analog to Digital Converter). Finally, experiment results are showed. And the designed sensor can satisfy control conditions of gas turbine gear and other temperature controlling systems.
