    An article based on a paper with the full title `An a.c. double bridge with inductively coupled ratio arms for precision platinum-resistance thermometry¿, which is published this month in the Proceedings. The paper will be read at a meeting of the Science and General Division on the 5th February 1963 at Savoy Place in support of a lecture on `The role of the platinum-resistance thermometer in the international practical scale of temperature¿ by J.A. Hall.
