Panama-Pacific Convention and International Engineering Congress

The complete program of the Panama-Pacific Convention, San Francisco, September 16–18, 1915, including the titles of the papers which will be presented and the names of the authors, together with full information regarding transportation arrangements, hotel accommodations, and technical excursions in connection with the Convention and the International Engineering Congress, September 20–25, was published in the August issue of the Proceedings. There is little therefore to add to the information already published.
