  • Abstract
    With the rapid development of China´s economy, electricity demand is growing, and along with the electricity business expanding needs has increased dramatically. However, in contract negotiations, procurement of equipment and other sectors, we can´t be guaranteed the bidding open, fair and impartial because of the human factor. On the basis of analysis of the power industry to expand the business process, this paper designed and implemented a SaaS-based model of the bidding service cloud platform in power business expanding. On the one hand, reduce many human factors existing in the manual bidding process to ensure legal compliance enrollment bidding process for the power industry. On the other hand, using SaaS model facilitate the platform that the power companies promote and maintain unified, and reduce development and maintenance costs.
