President´s column

I would like to begin this column by expressing my deep appreciation, on behalf of the Circuits and Systems Society, to Carl Kurth for serving as President of the Circuits and Systems Society during this past year. Through Carl´s leadership our Society was able to bring into focus some areas of future growth and to develop a strategy to implement this growth. We all hope that Carl will continue to provide us with his wise counsel and advice.
