President´s report

This year, more so than others, time seems to be flying by at a supernatural rate. I was convinced, for example, that my calendar was committing an act of perjury when it indicated that the time had come to write this second President´s Report. After all, only yesterday I was mainlining coffee and burning the midnight oil to write my first report. The phrase often invoked to explain this illusion is “time flies when you´re having fun.” I must say that these are exciting times for the Circuits and Systems Society and that I have enjoyed my first half year as the Society President.
