  • Abstract
Practical experience migrating to HDF for a numerical simulation library illustrates the storage system´s benefits as well as how numerical simulation codes contribute to an open system. In this article describe the hierarchical data format the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) data storage for the CFD General Notation Standard (CGNS).
