    We´re entering IEEE membership renewal season. If you receive this magazine, chances are you are currently a Member of the IEEE and the IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society (MTT-S). Are you planning to renew? Let me encourage you. You may wonder why I´m discussing membership in a column that covers business issues. I think MTT-S membership is important for RF and microwave engineers. And while it does not need to be, it can be viewed from a business perspective.
