  • Abstract
    Using an APD and highly integrated HBT ICs with PLL. The authors have developed a 10 Gbit/s optical receiver. The measured results of the wide dispersion tolerant characteristics of -150 to +1200 ps/nm suggest a wide application range of 50 km SMF transmission, WDM systems and other network applications
