Abstract
Introduces a scheme for the control of energy interchange in large scale power systems. The scheme is developed to reduce the accumulated inadvertent energy interchange in accordance with the load-frequency and time-error regulations. The control problem is formulated via the multilevel control concept which exploits the natural structure of large scale power systems. The proposed scheme seems to be simple and feasible for on-line control purposes.
