Editorial for November 2010 Issue

TO BEGIN this issue, I thank the 528 reviewers who have reviewed papers for the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON ENGINEERINGMANAGEMENT during the past year.We are grateful to these individuals who have generously contributed their expert opinions to improve the quality of the journal. The list of these reviewers appears at the end of this issue. We also invite other individuals interested in reviewing for the transactions to communicate with the Department Editors of relevant interests.
