Litigation strategies often depend upon decisions made during or prior to the start of design or development of a product The features of a liability prevention program are reviewed so that documents with the necessary technical content for successful defense of a litigation will be available if needed. Their development during the design, manufacturing, and marketing phases of a product´s life can benefit product safety, quality, and cost.
