Abstract
The transient responses of a resonant antenna and a fractal multiband antenna, both formed by conducting surfaces, are calculated. The surfaces are modeled by planar triangular patches and the study is carried out by solving the time-domain electric-field integral equation (TD-EFIE). Linear parametric modeling techniques are applied to considerably reduce the computation time. Numerical results are compared with experimental measurements
