Abstract
The numerical example given by Inagaki & Henley to illustrate their methodology for the probabilistic evaluation of non-coherent systems contains incorrect calculations. Their otherwise satisfactory paper contains several numerical errors which appreciably affect the value of the top-event occurrence-probability and s-expected number of failures for their example.
