While PAC members still voice complaints with regard to USAB´s program, there was nothing but praise for USAB Vice President John Guarrera´s handling of a free-wheeling, three-day PAC workshop held at the end of March in Arlington, Va. The advertised purpose of the workshop, the second USAB has sponsored in six months, was to sample ¿grass roots¿ sentiment on professional issues, as well as to open the doors to two-way communication. If Arlington is any barometer of success, than USAB rates a gold star when it comes to communication. At Arlington, the wires were burning up.
