    At a hearing before the New York legislative committee on general laws held at Albany March 1, the American Institute of Electrical Engineers was represented by D. C. Jackson, president Frank J. Sprague and L. B. Stillwell, past presidents, S. D. Sprong, manager, and chairman of special committee upon the proposed legislation, and Ralph W. Pope, secretary.
