Abstract
Realistic reliabilitiy measures are developed for s-coherent systems whose behavior can be modeled as a continuous-time Markov chain, and which terminate their useful life in some finite but random amount of time. An example is included to illustrate the use of the closed form expressions that are derived for these measures.
