If there´s one person whose passion is evident in motivating more girls nationwide to enter engineering fields, it´s Celeste Baine. Award-winning author of books including Is There an Engineer Inside You: A Comprehensive Guide to Career Decisions in Engineering and Engineers Make a Difference: Motivating Students to Pursue An Engineering Education, Baine doesn´t stop there when it comes to promoting engineering to students. She is one of the founders of The Mother/Daughter Technology Engineering Aptitude (TEA), a one-day event that lets middle school girls complete hands-on activities and interact with an engineering professional to learn about the engineering industry.
