  • Abstract
    Aiming at the fact that the weeded out car batteries are with bad consistency of capacity and internal resistance, screening and grouping must be adopted to second-use them. This paper determines the characteristic indexes for screening and grouping by analyzing the inconsistency of the second-use batteries and figures out the weighted value of each characteristic index. By grouping the second-use batteries based on the k-means clustering model, batteries are with preferable consistency and also, they have high capacity utilization ratio.
