  • Abstract
    The measurement of steep-front impulse waves, when the time to flashover is less than 1 microsecond (¿sec), presents problems seldom encountered in ordinary testing where flashover generally occurs on the tail of a conventional 1 1/2× 40 ¿sec wave.
