Degree of satisfaction with the forestry science and technology service for households and its influence factors

Based on data from 275 questionnaires of HuiZe county, SiMao district and XinPing county in Yunnan province, the Logistic regression model was adopted in the paper to analyze the satisfaction of households about forestry science and technology service and its influence factors. Results showed that the influence factors including: Concern on new forestry technology, Cognition of forestry science and technology policies, Personal managerial expertise, Practice experiences, Times of attending related activities, Distance between home and forestry workstations, Age and Area of their forest land. Some suggestions were put forward as follows: to strengthen the propaganda of forestry science and technology service, to increase the number of service activities, to provide services based on the demand of households, to strengthen the construction of the forestry cooperative organization.
