Abstract
In the paper being commented upon, "an overview of differential evolution-based approaches used in electromagnetics" is presented. It is my great pleasure to note from the paper that my works on differential evolution have been well appreciated by fellow researchers in the electromagnetics community. However, facts presented in the paper are inadequate and views given in the paper are inaccurate. As such, the presented overview is neither complete nor accurate. The authors are also not aware of some of the serious misconceptions of evolutionary computation in the community. Consequently, the paper is misleading and might lead to unexpected disastrous consequences.
