  • Abstract
    This paper gives a comparative study of several 3D eddy current formulations derived from dual system of Maxwell equations. In each of the dual formulations, the working variables can be either the field or the potentials. The necessity of gauge conditions for potential formulations is discussed. The performances (convergence, accuracy and complementarity) of these formulations are compared through an example
