Abstract
We propose a decentralized precoding algorithm for multicell network with limited coordination. The decentralized precoding algorithm controls interference effectively without user data sharing between base stations. Since the signal-to-leakage-plus-noise-ratio (SLNR) maximization algorithm does not guarantee a weak user´s performance, we maximize the weighted SLNR by giving a weight factor to the weak user based on the channel quality information parameter. Simulation results show that the adoption of weight factors improves performance of the weak user such that the fairness among users is guaranteed.
