  • Abstract
    The intelligent low-voltage circuit breaker for network is more and more widely used in the power distribution system. Because of the standards for intelligent low-voltage circuit breaker communication protocol being no unification, the networking and communication are very difficult. This paper constructed a multi-protocol communication network structure for intelligent low-voltage circuit breakers. Multi-protocol communication conversion module is designed based the STM32 microcontroller. The hardware circuit diagram, multi-protocol converter schematic diagram and process flow diagram of multi-protocol conversion module are provided. The conversions among multi-protocols such as Modbus, Can, energy meter communication protocol and Profibus-DP protocol for intelligent low-voltage circuit breaker are implemented. The problem of multi-protocol communication difficulties between intelligent low-voltage circuit breaker is solved. And it has significant engineering value.
