Abstract
This paper introduces the progress of circularly polarized synthetic aperture radar (CP-SAR) development in Center for Environmental Remote Sensing, Chiba University, Japan for unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV, JX series) and microsatellites (GAIA series). This sensor will be used to monitor global land deformation and disaster area.
