Abstract
The effect of varying the signal and fat-zero size on the overall performance of a 3-phase c.c.d. register is theoretically and experimentally studied. The computer simulation of the register employs an improved model for charge transfer. A determination of the size of signal and fat zero for optimum performance is discussed.
