Abstract
Presented is a low-complexity distributed two-way amplify-and-forward (AF) relay selection scheme, in which the optimal relay can be selected only by comparing the received power at the relay separately from two users, is easy to implement and has potential to find wide application in practical two-way relaying systems. It is proved that the proposed relay selection scheme can achieve the same diversity-multiplexing trade-off performance as obtained by the popular outage-optimal two-way relaying selection scheme. Simulation results validate the analysis.
