  • Abstract
    An antenna capable of radiating a bandlimited pulse with minimal distortion, negligible loss and significant directivity is reported. The design is a modified log-periodic dipole array with independent feeds to each dipole. This was modelled with a time-domain integral equation program and then realised in hardware; measurements showed good agreement with the predicted performance
