  • Abstract
    It is shown that, as far as the first- and second-order statistics are concerned, samples generated from a flat Doppler spectrum generator having a maximum Doppler frequency fF are equivalent to those generated from a classical generator having a maximum Doppler frequency fC=√2/3fT
