Abstract
A setup designed to measure the high frequency permeability of soft ferrite material under stress is presented. It is based on a coaxial cell, and allows measurements up to 6 GHz. Specific calculations are used to take into account the modifications in the line geometry and it is shown that the presented measurement technique maintains accuracy and robustness. Permeability spectra of soft Ni0.48Zn0.52 ferrite under quasi uniaxial parallel compressive stress illustrate the method
