Abstract
An approach to the biomagnetics of the magnetic enzyme sensor utilizing the pyre magnetic film as a micro magnetic transducer is described. When an enzyme is infused to a chemical substance or a metabolite, an exothermic reaction happens and the sensor absorbs a minute amount of heat, which causes a change of magnetization. Therefore, the sensor is suitable for the discrimination and the quantitative analysis of chemical substances and metabolites in the biochemistry field
