Routh-Hurwitz stability criterion and its equivalents

This paper surveys the results of similar ways of approach by different persons to the same problem of stability of linear, lumped-parameter, time-invariant, continuous systems. It is possible to prove that all the stability criteria for the above type of systems are equivalent. The equivalence between the different criteria of similar form is represented.
