Changes to the Editorial Board

Summary form only given, as follows. Professor Albert Z. H. Wang, having served as Editor for the IEEE Electron Device Letters since 2003, has completed his editorial tenure. On behalf of IEEE Electron Device Letters staff and readers, the Editor-in-Chief would like to thank him for his excellent contributions and dedicated service to the journal over the past nine years. We are fortunate that Prof. Wang would continue to provide us advice and help in his capacity as the President-Elect of the Electron Devices Society.
