Changes to the Editorial Board

Summary form only given, as follows. It is the current EiC´s pleasure to welcome Prof. Zhihong Chen to the Editorial Board of the IEEE Electron Device Letters. A biography and sketch of Prof. Chen´s areas of research interest are noted. Her subject areas are nanoelectronics, carbon electronics, and 3-D integration of devices and interconnect.
