Institute activities: Kansas city section anticipates large attendance at Fall meeting

Kansas City, Mo., was chosen for the AIEE Fall General Meeting during the week of November 2–6, 1953, because it is located centrally and is reached easily from all parts of North America. It will give AIEE members and their wives a chance to attend a national meeting and to participate in the affairs of the Institute. The AIEE Kansas City Section has plans for taking care of a large attendance and promises a social and entertainment program in conjunction with the excellent technical program. Headquarters for the meeting will be in the Hotel Muehlebach.
