Capacitors, condensers, and system stability

Holm (Boston Port of Embarkation, Boston, Mass.): The authors´ paper is most welcome at this time, for it definitely clarifies one phase of the capacitor-condenser comparison, namely that existing when both of these are connected in shunt with the transmission line at either its receiving end or at an intermediate point.
