Abstract
The use of CMOS short-channel effects for yield enhancement in analogue design is presented. Analytical and simulation results show the effectiveness of this technique applied on a 2.4 GHz CMOS LNA designed in a 65 nm CMOS technology. The trade-off between yield and power consumption is discussed and a low power current-reuse alternative is presented.
