  • Abstract
    In software development team performances depend on how individual are performing therein. Software development is an economic activity which derives the profit and enlarges profitability of the software development if performance is optimized. Economic performance depends on performance of technical product developed or service and its performance. Revenue is generated only from the high performance and sustainable product. Performance depends on the product itself and the process followed for development and how resources are utilized. Responsibility of process and project management is to reduce resources wastage as time, effort and technological tools and obtain high qualititative product by incorporating sustainable input. Project management responsibility is to manage team as well individual resources well. This paper proposes some recommendation and suggestion on how to manage project resources during development to get high performance and sustainability as both of these issues of maximize quality with economic profit.
