Abstract
In this paper, field experiments to localize GSM base stations using Time Difference of Arrival measurements are presented. A distributed sensor network consisting of four synchronized, stationary sensor nodes is used. The results are compared to Monte Carlo simulations and the Cramér-Rao Lower Bound.
