  • Abstract
    A software package has been developed which can be used to dynamically analyze substation busbar structures using the finite element analysis (FEA) method. The computational results obtained using the package have been compared to full scale test data. Transient responses as well as peak forces and moments have been compared with very good agreement between the test data and the simulation results
