  • Abstract
    Important progress realized during the two last decades, in both Radiofrequencies (RF) propagation modeling and numerical weather forecast, have led to the development of new capabilities in the field of EM systems performances predictions. Based on these techniques, specific tools have been developed to help the decision makers to understand and exploit the environment effects.
