The transmission of radiolocation displays by means of microwave linkage systems

The paper describes in detail the development of two centimetric linkages, designed to repeat radar displays at positions remote from the radar receiver. The link first described was constructed to relay the plan-position indications from a ground-control-of-interception receiver Mk. V, to a display situated in the gun-operations room, the two being separated by a distance of approximately 16 miles. The second link was designed to operate over a much greater distance, some 130 miles, and to relay complete plan-position indications and height-range information.
