  • Abstract
    In this paper, a new auto-mesh coupling method for the 3-D finite element analysis is proposed to compute the dynamic characteristics. This method is applied to a rotary oscillatory actuator. The usefulness of this method is confirmed when it is applied to obtain the torque and the dynamic characteristics of a rotary oscillatory actuator. Furthermore, the effectiveness of this method is verified through the comparison between the calculated and the measured results
