Abstract
We propose two novel polarization-independent optical depolarizers for highly coherent light using Faraday rotator mirrors (FRM). One uses delay fibers, and the other uses frequency shifters for depolarization. We demonstrate experimentally their polarization-independent depolarization. We also discuss the factors degrading the performance of these depolarizers
